Typewriter Art:

This art is not about poetry but I found it similar to a concrete poetry. Paul Smith was a famous typewriter artist who composed his works of art using a typewriter. He would sketch a picture using key strokes of a typewriter. His drawings were made using symbols from a typewriter. In order to give shades to his drawing he would place thumb on the ribbon of the typewriter.

Below is an example of his works. I just could not believe that they were made using a typewriter!!!

  1. Wow, this is very cool. He pays very close attention to detail as well. This really shows you can create art out of anything. Even, using unconventional tools like a typewriter, there really are no limitations.
